Terms and Conditions on ribbon sales.

Please allow us time to fufill your order!
Because we offer so many different ribbons and trims to our customers, we often have to specially order your selections from our mills. Please allow for 3-5 weeks delivery time. If you are concerned about shipping time, please call us to discuss other options.

Minimums: All orders have a minimum of $20 before tax, shipping and handling charges. There is a 1 yard minimum for each ribbon, unless it is a sample.

Samples: We will gladly give you sample cuts of in-stock ribbons, but please limit 5. Unfortunately we can not give samples of vintage ribbons, because the stock is limited and we can not order more.

Payment Terms: Mastercard / Visa / Money order / Prepayment by personal check (the check must clear before we ship your order.)

Price: Prices are quoted in U.S. Currency, F.O.B. California, and are subject to change.

Shipment: All shipments will be sent UPS.

In Stock Items: We do not guarantee that any item will be in-stock, but will tell you how quickly we can order it.

Available inventory: will be shipped immediately. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they come in, 3-5 weeks. Please advise us if you will not accept backorders or if you will accept substitutions. For example: size, similar color or style. We shall advise you of your options.

Returns: There are absolutely NO RETURNS on cut yardage. Returned spools will be subject to a restocking fee.

Special Note: Color fastness during dry cleaning and laundering cannot be guaranteed, please test sample prior to cleaning or dyeing. There may be some variation in actual ribbon color due to different dye lots and the limitations of Internet technology.

Discounts and Production Orders: Contact our office for information regarding quantity discounts and special orders. Full rolls are available at a 10% discount. Yardage varies on the rolls depending on the style.
